ACC Executive Coach•MS Organizational Leadership
Fredrick Russell is an ACC level ICF certified coach. He designs and facilitates executive and management learning and development programs, facilitates teams becoming cohesive, leads change management initiatives, strategy facilitation, and corporate conflict communication. He’s Principal of the True North Leadership Group (www.thenorthgroup.org). Fredrick is a member of the faculty at the College of Executive Coaching. He also serves on faculty as an ICF Credentialed Coach in the Leadership Readiness Program at Penn. State University College of Liberal Arts, as part of the School of Labor and Employment Relations. He works specifically with graduate students who are already in leadership roles on their jobs.
Fredrick’s intense interest in leadership and healthy teams grew out of many years of leading various organizations and being intentional about developing the leaders around him.

Fredrick has a BS in Theology from Oakwood University in Huntsville, AL, a MS in Organizational Leadership from National Louis University in Chicago, and a professionally trained coach via the College of Executive Coaching.
Coaching and recent experience includes AdventHealth, Vir Biotechnology, Black & Veatch, CND Life Sciences, College of Executive Coaching, EY (Ernst & Young), and Penn. State University.
