Sharon Dorsett, PhD, is an executive coach with over 20 years of experience working with leaders, teams, and organizations. She partners with leaders to understand how their leadership style and behavior impact others, helping them uncover blind spots and make practical adjustments that strengthen their effectiveness.
Sharon is known for her ability to hold up a clear and constructive mirror, enabling leaders to see how they are experienced by peers, direct reports, and senior stakeholders. Her coaching supports clients in building stronger relationships, improving communication, and increasing their ability to lead with clarity and confidence.

Sharon received her MPhil and PhD In Organizational Psychology from Columbia University of New York, and a BA in psychology from Kenyon College, OH.
