Her work spans sovereign wealth funds, global corporations, government institutions, and leading consultancies; organizations operating at the highest levels of complexity, where the cost of what goes unexamined is significant. She has worked across more than 100 nationalities.

Her approach draws on relationship systems intelligence, adult development theory, behavioral science, and mediation; treating leadership not as individual performance, but as a systemic response shaped by context, culture, and relational dynamics. Alongside her private practice, she designs and facilitates leadership and culture programs with London Business School and Oxford Saïd Business School.

Her coaching practice grew from a conviction formed early in her strategy career: Leadership doesn’t fail for lack of intelligence or ambition, it fails in relationships, and inside the stories leaders don’t realize they are showing up from.
